A number of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will be able to access a range of guidance at an event due to be hosted by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) in February.
UK contractors and the owners of other small firms will be provided with details of things like tax payments from HMRC representatives.
The organisation's liaison team manager Roger Lovell has noted that a number of other bodies are set to play a part in the Local Business Advice Open Day.
He commented: "This event allows us to bring our advice directly into the east of England and offer practical assistance where it is needed."
Business Link and the Environment Agency are among those expected to participate at the event which will be held on February 4th.
Meanwhile, HMRC has also reemphasised the importance of its Self Assessment tax deadline, which this year falls on January 31st.
